Poultry Distribution to 73 Households Scheduled by YVO on April 27, 2026

Khiwa District, Afghanistan – April 27, 2026

The Your Voice Organization (YVO) is set to conduct a poultry distribution initiative on April 27, 2026, benefiting 73 households in Jalalabad. This follows a previous distribution to 47 households, bringing the total number of supported families to 120.

This activity is part of YVO’s ongoing efforts to support vulnerable families and improve livelihoods through sustainable, income-generating opportunities.

Each selected household will receive poultry assistance aimed at enhancing food security and providing a reliable source of income. The program focuses particularly on low-income families, helping them build resilience and self-sufficiency.

YVO representatives stated that this initiative reflects the organization’s continued commitment to community development and poverty reduction in the region. Beneficiary families have been identified through a transparent selection process to ensure support reaches those most in need.

The distribution event will take place in Khiwa district with local community members and stakeholders expected to attend.
